If you’re into weed pens, then you’ve most likely heard the name CCELL. You've probably vaped on one of their cartridges at some point already and didn’t even know it. They manufacture and supply OEM parts for many cannabis oil distributors. CCELL’s initial claim to fame is their patented ceramic heating system which is utilized primarily for pre-filled THC oil cartridges.
The CCELL Listo is an all-in-one disposable vape designed for cannabis oils and distillates. It's indistinguishable from most nicotine pod vapes, which makes it extra discreet. It features a 350 mAh internal battery and a 1 mL pod capacity. And while the pods are not refillable, the device itself is rechargeable. So you don't have to worry about the battery life running out before you have the chance to finish every last bit of oil in the pod.
Normally, the products we review are available for purchase. This review is a little bit different in that the Listo is a B2B product. It will only be available to licensed vendors and will be pre-filled and locked together by the time you receive it. In any case, here’s what we thought of it.

Build quality and design
The Listo is constructed of injection molded plastic and weighs only 21 grams. It's even a few grams lighter than the nicotine disposables I've been using lately. It stands at 97.8 mm tall, 22.3 mm wide, and 10.8 mm in diameter. The device and pod are both flat with rounded edges. It’s comfortable to grip in your hand and is barely noticeable when you have it in your pocket.
The samples I received don't have anything going on in terms of branding, but they sent me three units; light blue, yellow, and orange. Chances are by the time you get the Listo, it will feature the branding from the manufacturer that filled it with cannabis oil.
The Listo is draw activated and provides a tight draw for MTL vaping. Near the top of the device, there's a large transparent liquid window that makes it very easy to see how much oil is inside. That is something more pod vape designers should take note of.
The device has a small LED light on one side that lights up when you vape and flashes when the battery is depleted. While it's not the first rechargeable disposable vape I've heard of, I do think that it is a brilliant feature. And last but not least, the Listo has a removable rubber stopper that conceals and protects its micro-USB port, which is a nice bonus that also adds a bit of elegance.
Getting started
Since the Listo is a disposable device, it comes pre-filled with cannabis oil. Just pick it up and vape. Recharge when needed. That's it. The Listo is draw activated, so all you need to do is inhale from the big white mouthpiece. You’ll see a white LED light fade in while you’re inhaling and fade out when you’re done. And as I mentioned in the previous section, the liquid window is large and makes it very easy to see exactly how much oil is left in the pod, which practically eliminates burnt hits from empty carts if you are careful.
If the LED starts blinking and the Listo is not hitting anymore, then you know it's time to charge it. Pull out the rubber plug located on the bottom of the device and charge it via the micro-USB port. There's nothing else to really know in terms of using this device. This is about as easy as it gets, as far as THC and CBD oil vaporization goes.
Performance
I tested all three Listos. The review samples came with empty pods, so I had to fill them myself. One of them with delta 8 distillate, one with (delta 9) THC distillate, and the last one with CBD vape juice. Once the filled pods were attached to the device, they were locked in and couldn’t be taken apart.
The draw on the Listo is similar to the draw on a tight joint. This allows for some nice warm dense puffs without draining the battery so quickly. I’m only able to take only a few puffs at a time with distillate because it’s so effective at delivering the THC. I feel strong effects from every hit. It hits more like a Stiiizy than a standard oil cart. But at the rate I’m going, it feels like it's going to take at least over a hundred puffs to get to the end of this pod.
As for the vapor production, it doesn’t create obnoxious clouds—just enough vapor for a satisfying hit. The vapor output is about what you would expect from a disposable pod vape. The advantage is that it’s not so easy to blast through a gram of oil. I still cough when I take a big rip, but that’s mostly due to the high THC content.
The flavor is going to depend on the type of distillate you’re using. For example, the delta 8 distillate that I’m using is very low in terpene content, so there’s not much of a taste. The other THC distillate that I used had a significantly higher terpene content, so the flavor was more pronounced. It was still subtle, but you could taste the strain profile. The hits were a bit dry with really thick oils, but never once did I get a burnt hit. And there was never any clogging.
I’m surprised how well the flavor is coming through with my 70% VG vanilla custard CBD e-juice I am vaping on it. I haven’t got any gurgling, leaking or burnt hits—and I’ve been chain vaping on it. It seems to be able to handle anything from thick oils down to regular e-liquids. And I’ve vaped e-liquids in cartridges before—the flavor is way better with the Listo.
Battery life and charging
There is a good chance you won’t need to charge your Listo. The 350 mAh battery did a great job supplying just enough power to run through a full 1 mL pod—the low battery indicator started to flash at the time that the pod was pretty much empty. But disposables may lose part of their charge before they reach you, so charging may be handy if you want to go through every last drop of oil.
If you do need to charge it, just pull out the white rubber plug first. Plug in a regular micro-USB cable and wait for the light to turn off. It took a little bit under two hours when I charged it on my laptop. And it doesn’t allow you to vape while it’s in charging mode.

Verdict
When it's all said and done, the Listo does its job and does it well. It hits harder than an oil cart while providing a little bit more flavor. And it’s still very efficient in terms of oil consumption. It can get a bit dry with very thick oils, but that’s pretty common with ceramic coils in general. Otherwise, it was all smooth sailing. No burnt hits, clogging, leaking, spitback, etc.
Since the device is virtually un-hackable, that should help prevent counterfeiting, which is pretty big news for oil vapers. The rechargeable feature is also a huge plus because it will save a lot of returns on a device that came dead on arrival. I would recommend the Listo if you’re looking for a good disposable pod system for your cannabis-based distillates, oils, and liquids.
